Robert N. Brown, Certified Public Accountant, has been in public accounting most of his career beginning with Arthur Andersen & Co., then Price Waterhouse followed by providing consulting services to local government agencies and land developers. He formed his own practice in 1992 and merged his tax practice with Rudd, Martin & Brown, P.C. in 2004. Rob's expertise includes indvidual, partnership and S-corporation taxation along with general business services.

Ruth M. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and was an audit manager with Ernst & Young prior to forming her own accounting firm specializing in providing audit and tax services to privately-owned companies and individuals. Prior to joining Rudd, Martin & Brown, P.C. she was the Chief Financial Officer of an international trade association.
